From the street gate/entrance you come to a nice patio to the left of the front door, grass area to the right. There is a hallway and in front is the lounge/dining room with a lovely outlook. A door takes you onto a veranda overlooking the back garden and large pool. Next to the lounge door is the kitchen and also a door out to the veranda. There are three good size bedrooms all with built in wardrobes and a bathroom on this level.. . Downstairs is where it gets really good! A huge covered patio area with an outside kitchen, shower room/toilet, b-q area and great views of the pool, plenty of trees and a nice feeling of space (there is room for a car here too as the drive comes up to this point) . . Down a little and you have a fantastic swimming pool, huge and surrounded by well kept gardens. A storage room and another seating area. The entrance for a car is at the back and off a different road.. . All in all a very pleasant property with nice views, in a lovely area not too far from bars/shops and with a bus for school or the town of Torrente. The house could do with some reform but it certainly is not crucial! Well worth a look....
