Eines können wir zu 100 Prozent sagen!!! Wer sich wie wir in die Costa Azahar verliebt hat und mit dem Gedanken spielt sich ein Grundstück, Finca,Villa etc. zu kaufen, der sollte sich auf jeden Fall mit Paco und Axel in Verbindung setzen. In unserem Fall haben die beiden unseren Traum von einer eigenen Finca in Spanien wahr werden lassen. Auf unserm Weg haben wir viele Agenturen kontaktiert, doch keine war wie "Villas Azahar". We are more than 3 years in Spain. In that time we have been looking for a finca in the area of Castelleon or Tarragona. During this period, we have had contacts with many real estate agents and people who gave us the impression that they know what they are doing and what is the best way to buy a house in Spain. This ended always in a disappointment because when we inspected the information that we got it was not properly given.

Axel of Villasazahar was the only person who always gave the correct information, understands the capabilities and rules in the area and he did always do what he promised. He was always kind and pleasant company.

Nous avons été enchantés par la compétence, la générosité, la disponibilité de Monsieur Francisco.
Depuis le premier message par internet pour prendre rendez-vous pour les visites, jusqu"à la signature de l"achat de la maison chez le notaire, Monsieur Francisco a toujours été de bon conseil. Il connait parfaitement les procédures administratives espagnoles. Il nous a permis d"obtenir tous les papiers nécessaires (NIE, banque, notaire, assurance....) dans un minimum de temps. Nous sommes très heureux de notre achat. Tout ce qui a été fait avec Monsieur Francisco et villasazahar l"a été avec beaucoup de compétence. Encore merci.

Du hattest Recht mit Deiner Aussage, dass man insbesondere an der Costa del Azahar in Spanien wieder Grundbesitz zu vernünftigen Preisen erwerben kann. Wir haben uns viele Villen von vielen Vermittlern zeigen lassen, aber nichts sprach uns so richtig an oder erschien uns einfach überteuert. Dann kamst Du !
