The pool is 16x9m2 and has a new filter sytem. It is fenced off for anyone worried about their children. The barbecue area is inviting and there is an orchard too full of oranges and lemons. There is a rather disused tennis court which has been recently used as a car park for parties but only a single car garage. . . We see this house as having potential for groups of friends wanting a shared property abroad, cultural and religious groups or for someone looking to start up a rural hotel.
